 Athletic Fee Policy

Rock Hill District Policy regarding athletic fees states:

The Rock Hill School District collects a sixty dollar ($60) athletic fee each year from all athletes who are selected and participate in the Middle Schools’ and the High Schools’ athletic programs.  The fee is due once the athlete is selected to participate on a team.  Athletes may participate in multiple sport seasons after paying this one-time fee.  Ten dollars ($10) of the fee goes to mandatory supplemental insurance for each participating athlete.  The remainder of the fee goes towards replacement of uniforms, equipment, and other athletic-related expenses.  In the event an athlete chooses to no longer participate or has to be removed from a team, the athletic fee will not be reimbursed

 

Athletic Fees must be paid prior to first regular scheduled game in order for player to participate in first game.  If fee is not paid two weeks prior to first game, the player will be put on a non-participation list and notification will be made. Until the fee is paid, the player may appear on roster but not allowed to participate in game. (Will not dress out).  The deadline for payment is 10am on the morning of the game.

This policy is effective immediately and applies to all 2018-2019 fees.  For those athletes who owe prior year fees, please contact the athletic office immediately so that further participation is not affected.

The fee may be paid in the athletic office or online on the South Pointe High School website epayments.
