Following a big 10-0 season-opening win over Chester, the Lady Stallions fell 3-7 to crosstown rival Northwestern. Junior Ava Robitaille had two goals in the first half and freshman Kailyn Kirsch had one to put South Pointe in the lead at halftime, 3-2. However, the second half had the Lady Trojans putting away 5 unanswered goals to seal the win.
The Lady Stallions will face Fort Mill at home Thursday.
